After your order is confirmed and payment received, our artist will create your custom portrait within 7-15 days depending on the queue. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Ready Pack designs are pre-printed and ready to ship. Once we confirm your payment, your order ships in 2-3 business days.

A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of your pet works best. Make sure your pet's face is visible and not blurry. Close-up photos with good lighting produce the best portraits. Avoid group photos or photos where your pet is far away.

We put our heart into every portrait and do our best to capture your dog beautifully. Before printing, we'll send you a digital proof for review and offer one revision if needed. However, since each piece is custom-made by hand, we are unable to offer refunds once the order has been confirmed and paid. We appreciate your understanding!

We offer sizes M through 4XL in a unisex fit. Check the size guide on the customization page for detailed measurements including width, length, shoulder, and sleeve.

We accept bank transfer. Payment details are provided during the order process. After transferring, you can upload your payment slip for faster confirmation.

Yes! You can order multiple sizes in a single order. The first shirt is 1,190 THB (includes portrait drawing). The 2nd shirt is just +500 THB, and 3rd+ are +600 THB each (printing only — same drawing).
